Concrete Repair Specialists, LLC will repair, at our expense of materials and labor, using our guaranteed time tested repair methods on re-cracks or separation from the crack repair area for a period of 3 years.  

Note:  Significant structural shifts in the concrete or abnormal wear and tear of the repaired area are excluded from our 3-year warranty.
